Episode 3!

Postby Kaheil on Fri Jun 27, 2008 4:03 pm

I finally listen to the 3th episode yesterday. I was surprised to see that a none-adult person was on the show, but I think it's a really good idee. In fact I think that having a 16-25 years old person on every shows would be great. It would be intersting too to have europeans (yet none-french, for Patrick is already french) persons on the show.

So, a great show (as always), not to long, not to short. Intersting, funny and very clever :)

Nasa is currently working on groundbreaking technology that will allow us to include subtitles to audio files, but until that happens I'm afraid the french stuff is going to stay exclusive to french people... :)

I'm glad you guys liked the 3rd episode of the show though, I really enjoyed doing it and I though both Mohammed and Jim did a great job. It was probably a bit more laid back than the first two though, so I'm curious to know: what do you guys like better? More serious and analytical or more fun and relaxed? I think both are viable, so there's no bad answer...

As I said, I think it would be great to have on every show a non-adult person, and that normaly include a not so serious show :)
So, I like better to have a fun and relaxed podcast, but still talking about serious matters.

@Dave: tried to learn french, it's not so hard :) ...I guess.

Hello,

Indeed we (I think it's impossible to find someone how don't like the show :)) loved it!
Anyway, I think it will be great, in further episode, that the audience could participate in the show. For example like the Azeroth.fr live, who was really nice (we were asking questions in live). Or to open a part on the forum were we could put our questions.

Hi

I liked the third episode (and it's been a while since I last listened it btw) and it's true that to include Mohamed gave a more relax and fun atmosphere.
I'm currently listening to the episode 4 and so far it's really relax and fun too. Maybe the first episode was a bit formal but that's normal it was the first one :)

To have live audience questions would be great, but I'm not sure it is technically possible with skype as a tool to connect all the guests. And open questions on the forum would maybe force Patrick to put a detailled plan of each episode before making it and thereafter he would have less liberty to conduct his show as he wishes (it's my own opinion).

Just one criticism by listening to the fourth show. I do like americans and even if I understand the point to have an american present during the show I think it could be nice to vary more the different nationalities (I could say also not always a french but here we don't have the choice No Patrick No Show :D ). Of course it depends about Patrick's list of available friends. But maybe for the next one, people of Asia (China, Japan, Thailand etc...) or even Australia (Africa could be nice too).

EDIt: Episode 4 is over now ... so please do not take into account my last sentence :)

Also I would love to hear O (Obsidian from Commissioned Comic and Extra Life Radio)'s opinion about world events and his own country (Columbia). Maybe this has been considered already, maybe it's just O that doesn't want to discuss these things.
